More guests for hotels already using hotelspot
The hotel app and AI Concierge are our product. We also help hotels with online visibility: from search rankings and presence in AI assistants to ad campaigns. You can use these services together with the hotelspot app or on their own.
We work both with hotels using hotelspot and with those that want to start with online visibility alone.
Scope
What we help with
-
01 SEO and GEO for hotels
Ranking the hotel website in Google plus local visibility (GEO): Google Maps, Business Profile, city and region keywords. The goal is direct bookings instead of OTA commissions.
- Technical and content audit of the hotel website
- Google Business Profile and Maps optimisation
- Content for local keywords: rooms, spa, restaurant, conferences
For whom
Hotels that want to rely less on OTAs and grow the share of bookings from their own website.
-
02 LLM and AI: hotel visibility in AI assistants
More and more guests ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity "where to stay in Krakow with kids". We prepare the hotel so that language models have consistent, up-to-date data about it and recommend it in their answers.
- Structured data, llms.txt and consistent property information across the web
- Content that answers real guest questions
- Monitoring: whether and how AI assistants describe the hotel
For whom
Hotels that want to be present where guests plan trips in conversation with AI.
-
03 Ads in ChatGPT
New ad formats in ChatGPT and AI-powered search. We launch the first test campaigns, measure cost per booking and scale what works.
- Campaign strategy and setup
- Testing messages and offers (rooms, packages, spa)
- Report with cost per acquired booking
For whom
Hotels that want to test a new channel early, before the competition does.
-
04 Hotel websites
We design and build fast hotel websites focused on direct bookings: a clear room and package offer, the booking engine in plain view, language versions and full SEO from day one.
- Design and copy tailored to the hotel
- Integration with the booking engine and channel manager
- Multilingual, technical SEO and Core Web Vitals
For whom
Hotels whose website does not sell: slow, outdated, or sending guests straight to Booking.com.
-
05 AI automations for hotels
We deploy AI agents that take over repetitive front-desk and back-office tasks: replying to emails and messages, handling group enquiries, confirmations, reminders and reports. People look after guests, AI handles the paperwork.
- Process audit and selection of tasks to automate
- AI agents connected to email, PMS, channel manager and calendar
- Human oversight, logs and a monthly savings report
For whom
Hotels where reception and the office are drowning in emails, quote requests and manual copying of data between systems.
How we work
Simple, step by step
- 1
Call and audit
We review the hotel website, Google profile, presence in AI assistants and previous campaigns.
- 2
Plan and scope
We propose a concrete 3-month scope with goals counted in bookings, not clicks.
- 3
Delivery and report
We implement, optimise and show every month what changed and what comes next.
