Managing Outlets and Pricing
In G-commerce Manager, you can add outlets, set pricing, and activate promotions without needing a developer. Room service, the spa, and the rental service each have their own hours, items, and responsible personnel. Changes made in the panel are immediately reflected in the Guest App and on the Digital Pod screens.

What is an outlet
An outlet is a point of sale in the hotel: room service, restaurant, bar, spa, bike rental, transfers. Each has its own pricing, operating hours, and team that fulfills orders. There is no limit to the number of outlets in the panel, so you can add more services whenever the hotel wants to sell more.
Guests see active outlets in the Guest App and on the Digital Pod. Anything you do not activate or pause disappears from the offering immediately. You do not have to wait for a website update or for new menu cards to be printed.
How to add a service
In G-commerce Manager, you create an outlet, give it a name and hours, and then add items: dishes, treatments, bikes, transfers. For each item, you set the price, description, photo, and availability. Responsible personnel receive new orders in the appropriate place: kitchen on KDS, spa in the panel, reception in hotelspot Staff.
-
Room service: breakfasts, dinners, drinks, room delivery
-
Spa: massages, treatments, appointments, and duration of visits
-
Rental service: bikes, equipment, pick-up and return hours
You do not need an IT department. Configuring an outlet takes minutes, and the first sale can happen on the same day you activate the offering.
Pricing that you can change whenever you want
The price in the panel is the price that the guest sees. You can have a seasonal pricing structure, a different rate on weekends and weekdays, or a different start time for room service on Sundays. Adjustments to the price, name, or order of items are saved immediately across all channels, including with AI Concierge when it uses the current hotel offering.

Promotions that sell during the stay
Guests open the app several times a day. A promotion in the panel appears when they are looking for something to eat or do in the afternoon: happy hour at the bar, a massage package, a discount on bike rental during off-peak times. You set the duration, outlet, and items, and then turn it off with one click when the promotion ends.
Promotions work where the guest is already buying. They do not require a separate campaign or a new flyer in the room. Reports in the panel show which outlet and which item are generating revenue, so you know what to repeat next time.
From pricing to order
When a guest places an order, the item from the pricing goes to the appropriate department with the room number and amount. The team marks the status, the guest sees the progress in the app, and the dashboard counts revenue per outlet. Accounting can export the report to Excel.
Start with two outlets that the hotel already has, most commonly room service and the spa. Finalise the pricing, activate the first promotion, and see what sells without calling the reception.
